Member Support
As the leading voice for business in South Orange County, SOCEC is monitors and takes positions on legislation and local initiatives that have a direct impact on businesses in our region. We do this through our Advocacy Committee by authoring letters of support or opposition, providing public testimony or meeting with our elected leaders.

Process
Our Board maintains a set of policy principles that serve as the foundation in determining the Coalition’s positions and strategies on legislation and local initiatives. Our Advocacy Committee is ready to respond to member issues.

As part of our membership services, the Coalition provides a variety of advocacy support for regional and local issues throughout South Orange County, including:
